You just need to click on the Add to basket icon on each product data sheet, and the items will be put in your virtual basket, available for payment. You can then add as many items as you wish to the basket.
On top of the screen, on the right, the quantity of items presently in the basket will be displayed. Once the selection of products has been completed, you'll be able to go to the “Ordering” section to make the payment.
You can also order per e-mail email@example.com and per fax, +39 0444 322869, by indicating the required items and quantity.
While providing your details you'll be required to also give your VAT number, if applicable, according to the relevant tax regulations.
You can choose to send the ordered items to a different address only by selecting either the payment in advance or via credit-card.

Once you've chosen the shipment method and you've provided the invoicing and delivery details you'll be able to confirm the order.
It will be sufficient to modify the relevant quantity of the selected item as displayed in your basket and confirm with the “Update basket” button.
You can cancel an order for any reason and any time before the start of shipment procedures by visiting our Customer service area. You can then send us an e-mail or call us.

If the shipment procedures have already started you will be required to make a new order.
If the purchased items are not duly delivered, you can contact our Customer service. We will check the shipment situation by means of the tracking service of the shipment company.
Your credit card details are managed by Banca Sella, which, as well as guaranteeing a high level of security of the data transfer protocol, provides top-level (banking) security standards for their usage. Our company neither sees nor saves any details regarding your credit card.
